John has extensive experience advising middle-market businesses and their management teams, boards of directors, and owners. This includes sell  side and buyside mergers and acquisitions advisory as well as equity and debt transaction advisory. He also has experience auditing private and public companies.

John joined WILsquare after graduating from business school in 2019. Prior to business school, he was with Robert W. Baird & Co. in its Midwest-based investment banking group. At Baird, John worked across multiple industries executing mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. John began his career with Ernst & Young in its Assurance group in St. Louis.

John received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. from Washington University in St. Louis, and a B.S. from Saint Louis University where he graduated magna cum laude.

In the community, John serves on the Junior Board of the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis.
